New Zealand Shipping

New Zealand orders incur a flat rate shipping fee of $6.95NZD. All New Zealand orders include a tracking service and we offer free shipping on all NZ orders over $120NZD.

We pack our orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping by courier normally takes 2-7 business days. Therefore, please allow 2-10 business days for your order to arrive. If your address is rural, please note delivery times may take longer. During times of Covid-19 stresses on Postal Services, delivery times may be affected. Please note that once your order has left us it becomes property of the Courier Service. Pet Pad NZ is not responsible for lost or damaged goods once it is in the hands of the Courier.

 

Australia Shipping

Australian orders incur a flat rate shipping fee of $16.95AUD. All Australian orders include a tracking service and we offer free shipping on AUS orders over $200AUD. Pet Pad NZ is not responsible for any customs or duties that may apply.

We pack our orders within 1-3 business days. Depending on the destination, customs processing and postal service, international orders are typically delivered within 10-20 business days. During times of Covid-19 stresses on Postal Services, delivery times may be affected. Please note that once your order has left us it becomes property of the Courier Service.
